Perhaps this is one of the easiest methods that you can try. All you need is warm water and some salt. Rinse the water for a few minutes and spit it out before rinsing with clean water again. You can repeat the process as much as you want especially if the pain of extracting your molar teeth comes back again.

You could also use an ice pack in easing the pain. By pressing the ice pack to the area where you have your wisdom teeth extracted, you can reduce the swelling and inflammation. If you don’t have an ice pack, simply wrap the ice in a clean towel. Similar to the salt warm water, you can repeat it as much as you want.
Because of the antibacterial and antiseptic qualities found in cloves, you can reduce the pain during the recovery time. A cotton ball and clove oil are all you need. Press the cotton ball lightly on the tooth and the swelling gums around it. Hold it as long as you can and eventually, the pain will start to ease down.
